Chalghooz (literally a type of flower seed) is an online parody magazine, aimed at the Iranian opposition and its ties with the American plans for regime change in Iran, from a non-religious perspective.
We are particularly interested in the contradictions within the democracy and human rights movement and how some 'reformers' contribute to an increasingly aggressive campaign to demonise and de-legitimise the Iranian government.
Our audience comes from all over the world with a heavy concentration in Iran, USA, Canada and Germany.
Our approach is inspired by similar parody concepts such as The Onion, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and the French parody newspaper, Le Canard.

گرچه حق زیدآبادی توی این شماره ادا نشد ولی کلا خوب بود.
یه چیز بامزه که در مورد دانشجوهای ایرانی خارج نشین صادقه اینه که هر وقت فاند درست حسابی می گیرن ازدواج می کنن.
گویا این قانون درمورد بزرگان مبارز هم صادقه!

با اينکه با کارت موافق نيستم ولی بايد اعتراف کنم که سوژه ی نوري زاده واقعاً بکر بود و فکر ميکنم بيشتر هم ميشه روش کار کرد مخصوصاً حالا که رو تو حساس هم شده. در مورد کارکنانه صداي امريکا هم فکر ميکنم کار کنی نتيجش جالب در بياد. سوتی و سوژه تا دلت بخواد دارن و بکر. رو اين تيپ آدما بايد کار کنی نه اکبر گنجی و ميلانی با غيره با ابراهيم نبوی هم ميتونی حال کنی ولی مواظب باش يه موقع اون باهات حال نکنه ها ها ها
به نظر من این مجله واقعا مزخرفه حسین ، فکر می کنم از وقتت می تونی استفاده بهتری بکنی.
